環境永續

  為減少對環境的負擔，台灣飛機維修股份有限公司於設立初期，即納入永續建築之觀念。透過人與環境共好的概念，設計維修棚廠基地，堅持打造「降低消耗資源、減少廢棄物，以及使用具有生態、節能、健康特性」的建築物，來達到與地球共生共榮的願景。
  In order to reduce the burden on the environment, Taiwan Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Co., Ltd. (TAMECO) incorporated the concept of sustainable construction at its early stage of establishment. Through the concept of coexistence between humans and the environment, the maintenance hangar is designed for “reducing resource consumption, reducing waste, and featuring ecology, energy-saving, and health" to achieve the vision of coexistence and prosperity with the earth.


  經多年設計與努力，臺飛於2024年通過內政部四大範疇九大指標之評估，榮獲「綠建築標章證書」，臺飛將持續考量環境永續議題，提升並維持對環境與社會的承諾。
  After years of efforts, TAMECO passed the assessment of nine indicators in four categories of the Ministry of the Interior in 2024 and was awarded the "Green Building Label Certificate". TAMECO will continue to address environmental sustainability issues and enhance and maintain its commitment to the environment and society.


The TAMECO's hangar (building) is designed with energy-saving wisdom as its design concept and constructed with environmentally friendly green building materials

  1. Lighting system: The building area adopts LED lighting and the lighting design of the shell, which greatly improves the brightness of the shed.
  2. Air-conditioning system: The air-conditioning equipment in the whole plant adopts a variable refrigerant control system, which can adjust the temperature according to the load and space changes.
  3. Sanitary equipment, water resource system: sanitary equipment adopts water-saving labels and is equipped with rainwater recycling system for toilet flushing.
  4. Building walls: use green building materials to contribute to environmental protection.

In addition to the hangar building, TAMECO has spared no effort in responding to environmental protection actions

  1. In order to implement environmental sustainability, the company continues to promote "Environment and Energy Education and Training" to enhance employee functions.
  2. Promote the concept of resource reuse, ask employees to do a good job of garbage sorting and resource recycling, and do environmental protection with little effort.
  3. Encourage employees to walk the stairs frequently, which is good for health.
  4. Promote the digitization (electronics) of signatures and forms, reduce paper use, and improve efficiency at the same time.

臺飛棚廠以節能智慧為設計理念，並採用環保綠建材興建

  1. 照明系統：維修場區採用LED照明及結合外殼採光設計，大大提升棚廠明亮度
  2. 空調系統：全廠區空調設備採用可變冷媒控制系統，可依負載及空間變化調整溫度
  3. 衛生設備、水資源系統：衛生設備採用節水標章並搭配雨水回收系統提供沖廁使用
  4. 建築牆壁：採用綠色建材，為環保盡一份心力

除了棚場建築，臺飛公司在響應環境保護的行動上不遺餘力

  1. 為落實環境永續，公司持續推動「環境暨能源教育訓練」，提升員工職能。
  2. 宣導資源再利用的理念，請同仁做好垃圾分類和資源回收，舉手之勞做環保。
  3. 鼓勵同仁勤走樓梯，有益健康。
  4. 推動簽呈和表單數位(電子)化，減少紙張的使用，同時提高效率。

  臺灣飛機維修公司為中華航空公司於2015年獨資設立的飛機維修公司，以堅持安全與品質為公司核心價值，為顧客提供優質飛機維修服務的同時，亦深刻體認自然資源與環境保護為企業應有的義務與責任。
  TAMECO was established in 2015 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Airlines. TAMECO takes safety and quality as its core values. While providing customers with high-quality aircraft maintenance services, it is also aware that the protecting natural resources and the environment is the company’s obligation and responsibility.


  本公司配合與落實「符合環保法規、節約地球資源、提升生態效益、善盡社會責任」之環境暨能源管理理念、藉由環境管理委員會以生命週期觀點審視營業活動，合宜考量與回應利害關係人需求及期望，鑑別相關風險與機會，持續推動下列政策：
  TAMECO always corresponds to and implements the environmental and energy management conviction of "complying with environmental laws and regulations, conserving earth resources, improving ecological benefits, and fulfilling social responsibilities". TAMECO Environmental Management Committee continuously reviews business operations from a life cycle perspective, takes into consideration and responds to the needs and expectations of its stakeholders, identifies related risks and opportunities, and enforces the following policies:

    Comply with regulatory obligations, and fulfill environmental protection and energy conservation responsibilities

  2050淨零排放目標已經成為全球共同的目標，如何將地球上升溫度控制在1.5℃以下，是每一份地球公民都應努力的方向。臺灣飛機維修股份有限公司身為華航集團子公司的一員，亦是旁無責貸成為因應政府2050淨零排放的推動協助者之一。在淨零碳轉型的過程中，所可能面對的各種風險亦是本公司成員不得不面對的挑戰。
  The 2050 net-zero emissions target has become a global mission. How to control the global temperature rise to below 1.5°C is what every citizen of the world should strive for. As a subsidiary of China Airlines, TAMECO is also obliged to become one of the collaborators in response to the government's 2050 net-zero emissions strategy. In this transition, all employees of the company have to confront and deal with the various risks and challenges.

  TAMECO’s net-zero carbon emission policies are aligned with China Airlines Group's. China Airlines Group has always supported the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and incorporated them into the company's core values and sustainability strategy, actively enforcing ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) sustainability and actively setting carbon reduction targets, aiming to limit the global warming to below 1.5°C. Among all subsidiaries, China Airlines has achieved outstanding sustainability ranking year after year. In 2022, it received the highest score in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI), outperforming 57 airlines participating in the selection worldwide, and its overall performance ranked first in the global aviation industry.
